friendly and helpful staff location was very good 15-30 min drive to any place in Amman room was almost as expected near the Safeway hypermarket that is open 24/7 near a huge diversity of restaurants and cafes

The Hotel is ideally located - just away from the centre but just off the main airport road, next to the Jett bus station for travelers to Petra or further, and near the Royal Jordanian airport shuttle bus terminal - first class location. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were excellent and willing to assist always. Thanks specially to Shaade for his assistance.

The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the reception and the room service guy ahmed were the best , also there was a guy in the breakfast area he is so helpful and kind but didn’t catch his name , overall the staff here are very helpful and respectful.

The hotel was well located since it wasn't in the same chaotic center of the city, which made it faster to travel to other parts of the country. You also have many restaurants, malls and shops in the area. If you are a non-smoker, request a room on the first or fourth floor. We were there for a 4 night stay and they gave us a quite big and very nice room on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable and they left 2 small bottles of water each day (we really appreciated that). Very good cleaning with change of towels every day. The breakfast is quite complete, cold options: salad, hummus, creams, etc. and hot options: omelettes, beans, tomatoes, potatoes, etc. Juices, teas, coffee, etc.

Property was in brilliant location, near to all amenities. Staff were cordial, friendly and went out of the way to make things work (that really shows commitment per excellence). Price wise very reasonable for the location and services. Apt for an anchor place in Amman.

Breakfast was good. Good selection of food. The staff were nice and friendly. There are two places to sit, inside and outside. We sat outside and had a great breakfast listening to Fayrouz. Room was good and spacious. Location is superb. Everything is around you; big supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, transportation, airport.... You can get around easily.

Everything was fabulous from the moment I checked in till I checked out. They gave me a free upgrade to an entire suite with an extra large bed and provided us with a lovely, sturdy cot for my baby. The room was huge and spotless, and the bed super comfy. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the man at reception gave me a quick list of all food and shopping places nearby and suggested I try the hotel restaurant, which was great. The food was tasty and well presented, the staff were so friendly and played with my baby while I ate, and the prices were reasonable. They also booked me a shuttle to the airport at 5 am, the chauffer handled all the luggage when we arrived and set them on a trolley. The location is great, lots of places to shop and eat nearby. I will say, the Seven Roses may be a rather small hotel, but it is better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed at, especially the cleanliness and service.

It's a good quality hotel, with comfortable rooms and everything you need for stay in Amman - warm water, good breakfast, nice service. I also highly appreciate that hotel stored my luggage when I was on Petra tour.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities that we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to easily extend then cancel an extra night of stay when we had to travel sooner than expected. The location near the seventh circle is decent and many cafes and restaurants are nearby, and a big supermarket is just around the corner.
